I consider cookery to be an artistic process, Andrew will definitely agree that I'm liberal with my use of modification in recipes. Thats why from time to time if we have a particularly lovely dinner, I'll share it here.
Last night was Fajita's on the grill! We eat mexican(ish) food a LOT. We don't usually grill it though. I think that might change!
To be grilled
(wo)manning the charcoal grill & the gas grill.
Seasoned the steak with this stuff. Good! very spicy, perfect for the fajita's, might be a little much for straight up steak.
my first time grilling tomatoes. i think they were a little over done, but they made some tasty...:
Salsa!!
sliced up the steaks, warmed some tortillas (wrapped in foil on the grill too)
paired well with:
perfect for a muggy night in backyard dining.
AND the leftovers made for some delicious pizza on naan bread, that somehow did not get documented. I guess we'll have to make that again.
